We had a busy and exciting holiday for 2014. We had been so sick in November and December it was nice to have everyone healthy again! We arrived in Oakville on Dec. 19 (last day of school before the break). On Saturday morning we gave Jake his big gift from us - a Toronto Maple Leaf's jersey and 2 tickets to Saturday Night's game!!
You can see how thrilled Jake is! Andre too - making the ultimate sacrifice as daddy to go to a Toronto game, being a Habs fan :)
Sofia also received an early gift - something great grandma had bought her many years earlier and Nana held onto until Sofia was old enough. we had lots of fun!!

Sunday was the lovely Baptism of baby Aria. Michael and Alex's baby girl born in August 2014. Julia and Adam are Godparents. It was a lovely ceremony, Aria is such a sweet and content baby. Then it was off to a yummy buffet lunch with everyone. Such a nice way to spend the day.
On Monday morning we took the kids into our old neighbourhood - Roncesvailles. This is where Jake was born and the house we lived in. Below is us having lunch at Mitiz's cafe - a landmark in the neighbourhood. It was just a short walk from our old house and we went almost every Sunday.
