I am happy to say it was a very civilized gift buying season. I had a list, I had some ideas, I had my photos organized, I had the help of Andre and the kids...and it's done, magically we are all still smiling.
I have been very impressed by Jake and Sofia who have made some very thoughtful gift choices and have been keen to wrap and sign their gifts (Jake less keen to wrap but he's made up for that in thoughtful messages with his gifts and heck, Sofia and I love wrapping so we're not complaining).
We have been treated to 2 beautiful school concerts, one even meme and pepe were able to attend which is always lovely, and 2 lovely music lesson recitals that nana and papa were able to attend, yippee! Both kids sang and played fabulously and Andre and I are very proud. As always, I get a little misty eyed when I think of the wonderful memories all of this is creating (for me anyway HA)....i truly think I might freeze time if it was possible. Probably better that it's not.
We continue to enjoy watching and reading the adventures of the LeBlancs abroad and look forward to welcoming a new LeBlanc in 2014.
With only 2 days left before Christmas I am bursting with love for everyone and want to remember this wonderful time. Perhaps that's why I take so many photos? It's my way of never forgetting?
My goal for 2014 is to take even more photos...to get better at composition and lighting and hopefully delight you all with more images of our adventures.
