little girls

Andre and I had the opportunity to see Cirque du Soleil last night. WOW! what a show.  Utterly amazing.  I'd never seen them before - I can't believe some of the acrobatics they could do.  the skipping, balancing, juggling, hoop jumping, trampolining. etc etc.  what a spectacle!  I would love to take the kids to another show (Andre and the kids were able to see Cirque last summer)

In other news, poor Sofia is having a little "I miss mommy and daddy" time these days.  She must have called 6 times during the show.  She was fine, she just didn't want to fall asleep without hearing our voices - I understand.  It's so very sweet.  While I know she's fine and I could say "go to sleep" I think that I also need to hear her voice :).  So, I enjoy indulging these phone calls as much as she enjoys making them.  I think Andre enjoys it too.  I am always conscious of giving him the opportunity to speak to his little girl - after all she's also his darling and he loves her so much!

Such wonderful times, such magical memories. sigh...
